TERMS AND CONDITIONS

We pride ourselves on excellent customer care and service and we’ll aim to meet your expectations by fulfilling your order accurately and promptly. If you’re disappointed with your experience for any reason, please contact us so we can try to resolve the problem. 

When placing an order with us, it is your responsibility to give us your correct name, address, and postcode. We can’t be held responsible for non-delivery of items if any inaccurate information is provided. Uncollected packages that are returned to us will be resent to you on request, but additional postage charges will apply (at the original postage charge + £2).

Payment
Payment must be made and received in full before your order can be dispatched. 


We use Paypal as our main payment gateway but you don’t need a Paypal account of your own - just a valid credit or debit card.

Returns, Refunds & Replacements
Because our products are foodstuffs we are unable to accept returns. 
While we make every effort to avoid breakages to jars and bottles in transit, it does occasionally happen.


If your order contains a broken pack, please let us know within 3 days of delivery and supply photos. The photos help us to identify the issue, make improvements to our packaging and discuss the matter with our courier company. We will then send your replacement order.
