Our Kentish peanut butter is made with specially-sourced peanuts that we slow roast in our oven for a distinctive, intense flavour, and then grind to create a delicious crunchy peanut butter. We add just a touch of pure, himalayan pink salt to enhance the rich peanut flavour.

Kentish Peanut Butter - Crunchy - 300g
Sweet potato and peanut butter soup
4 glaric cloves
700g sweet potatoes
125g Fire and Roast peanut butter
1 tbsp Fire and Roast piri piri extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp grated ginger
2 tbsp ground cumin
flat leaf parsley for serving
salt and pepper
Heat the oil over a medium heat in a sauce pan
add the onion, ginger, garlic, cumin, salt and pepper cook for 10 minutes and stir
add the sweet potatoes, passata, Fire and Roast peanut butter and water bring to the boil.
Once boiled reduce heat and leave to simmer for 20 minutes until the sweet potatoes are tender.
Blend the mixture to a smooth consistency
Sprinkle chopped parsley and serve
